My Heart Overjoys at Such Wonders as These!

Lord Jesus, Thy beauty
Shines so brilliantly!
Forever I promise
My whole heart to Thee!
Thy Salvation shineth,
And shameth the sun!
Thou art my Rejoicing,
My God's Holy Son!

Lord Jesus, Thy sweetness
Owns all of my heart!
For Thee I will set
All my being apart
To be for Thee only,
In worshipful love.
My Jesus, Thy sweetness
Soothes me from above.

Lord Jesus, Thy mercies
Are beyond compare!
My full heart delights in
These riches so rare!
In all of creation,
None lovely as Thee!
Thy priceless compassions
Are lifeblood to me!

Lord Jesus, Thy goodness
Is solid and sound!
When storms rage around me,
And dangers abound,
I rest on this promise:
"The Lord is my stay!"
In goodness, Thou keepest
All dangers away!

 Lord Jesus, Thy power
Brings great hope to light,
With luminous brilliance
Of beauties so bright!
Forever I'll praise all
Thine excellencies!
My heart overjoys at
Such wonders as these!
